Govdeals.com usually has them listed. I’ve seen them go for ridiculous amounts though, like $3,000 ridiculous.

I have seen a few on the government auctions site. They share a lot of parts with the S10, including the steering wheel and GM’s Iron Duke four-banger.

They are cool in concept until you realize they are just a nasty 80s 4 banger auto S10 with RHD. Mechanically pretty much all S10 save for a narrower front track and shorter driveshaft IIRC. And they get terrible gas mileage. Government surplus is about the only way to get one, and that’s rare as the USPS doesn’t let them go easily.
